Over the years since he accepted his first job with the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC), the people who operate St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, he has been promoted often. He is now ALSAC’s Senior Liaison, but he plans to continue to move farther. Valentino Infante has garnered plenty of praise from top ALSAC leaders over time, which makes sense, since he has played an integral part in the organization. Valentino Infante has been a leader with three different teams that have won One Vision awards. Valentino has also been named as part of ALSAC’s Emerging leadership Team, as well as Business Partner of the Quarter. One of the most fascinating aspects of Valentino Infante’s fast-moving career is that his success has come about as he was raising a beautiful family and working to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Memphis, which he should have soon. He believes it will only be good for him. He feels the sky’s the limit At ALSAC. Born in the Canary Islands, Spain and relocating to the United States with his family in 1995 when he was nine, Valentino Infante has gone on to make a name for himself. Such effort can be attributed to Infante family tradition; his parents were extremely hard-working business owners who tried to pass on their strong work ethic to both Valentino and his brother. That may explain why, when Valentino Infante and his brother co-founded a call center to sell telecom long distance packages in Coral Springs, Florida, it was noticed by the right people and has thus far led to some amazing career results. That experience led to Valentino Infante drawing the attention of some very important businesspeople. Before he knew it, he went to Memphis, Tennessee, to become a bilingual representative for outsourced operations with American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC), which manages operations for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He knew that would not be the extent of his career there. As noted, he and his brother were taught to have a strong work ethic, so when he was a boy, Valentino’s parents assigned him many projects he would be required to complete over his weekends and summers. Valentino Infante has developed a strong sense of ambition, so he has never has a tendency to settle for anything. Therefore, he has refused to stop with an entry level job with ALSAC. He is trying hard to move up the ladder quickly and do amazing things. It’s working; within three years, he was promoted to the position of Senior Liaison and he plans to go a lot farther. He was born in the Canary Islands, Spain, but since Valentino Infante arrived with his family in 1995, when he was just nine years old, he has managed to make a name for himself. A lot of that probably has to do with his rearing, by hard-working parents. He has certainly followed Infante family tradition, since his parents were extremely hard-working business owners themselves and they worked hard to instill a strong work ethic in both Valentino and his brother. In fact, when the two Infante siblings co-founded a call center to sell telecom packages in Coral Springs, Florida, the result was a career that has prospered beyond Valentino Infante’s wildest dreams. That telecom call center attracted the attention of some very important people, and Valentino Infante was soon on his way to Memphis, Tennessee, where he took an entry-level job as a bilingual representative with American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC). If you haven’t heard of them, it’s not surprising, but they do run one of the most famous medical organizations in the world, St. Jude Children’s Hospital. As a bilingual representative for outsourced operations for ALSAC, Valentino grew to love the organization and its mission and he was determined to make a success of himself and work his way up in the organization. Valentino Infante is largely a success due to his parents’ influence; he rarely had nothing to do as a child; he always had projects that he had to complete on weekends and during his summers away from school; he was rarely idle growing up. His parents also clearly taught him to have a strong sense of ambition, which is why it has never been in Valentino’s nature to settle for anything. |
